Arrival by Car
Important information:
Please pay attention to the speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour on the area of Baden-Airpark - Airport Karlsruhe / Baden-Baden (FKB). Irregular speed checks are made on this area.
Please also pay attention to the two permanently installed radar speed check systems along the B36 in Hügelsheim. They are active in both directions!
Arriving from the North:
- Highway A5 Karlsruhe / Basel
- Exit Baden-Baden (exit number 51, direction Iffezheim)
- Follow the signposts to Baden-Airpark
Arriving from the South:
The highway A5 is being widened to three lanes between Baden-Baden and Offenburg. The road works may cause traffic congestion in both directions.
Please use the local diversion routes.

Arriving from France:
Road works may cause congestion at the Iffezheim crossing between Germany and France.
From Tuesday, May 21st 2013 until Friday, June 21st 2013 the Iffezheim crossing between France and Germany will be closed due to road works. Please plan more time for your journey to the airport and use the local diversion routes.
- Highway A35 Strasbourg / Lauterbourg
- Exit Roppenheim (exit number 56)
- Pass the border, then turn right at the next junction towards Hügelsheim
- Follow the signposts to Baden-Airpark
