‘Myths and Legends Trail‘ in Gernsbach

As a so-called ‘leisure trail’, the ‘Myths & Legends Trail’ in Gernsbach (‘Gernsbacher Sagenweg’) has been officially recognised and named as premium hiking trail by the German Hiking Institute. Following the ‘little devil’ signs, the 3.3 miles trail leads hikers through a world full of magical legends and myths at the slopes of the Gernsberg hill.

You will come across some steep sections, so you should have at least a basic level of fitness if you want to complete this premium trail. Nevertheless, it ideally suits families with children who enjoy the outdoors.
